Thought I'd create a new poll / thread this the old thread was... well old.

I primarily use Firefox for my browser due to these addons:
    • Foxmarks
    • WebDeveloper
    • Toodledo
I do however use IE7 once in awhile.

I use Firefox, as I find it is more stable, also the spell checker comes in handy on forums.
The only time I use IE is when I get a new e-mail notification through messenger, which opens IE, even though my default browser is FF

Nick, I notice that as well. I do use Windows Live Mail which opens links in Fx.

MSIE for Microsoft Update. Firefox for everything else.

I'm the evil one that voted IE7 ;) I do like FF and use it occasionally, mainly because of the handy plugins. The reason I didn't use it all the time was it seemed to be unstable on my old PC, and out of habit I've stuck with IE7. Perhaps it's time to give it another go.

Ian, I used to be a strong advocate of IE and now use Fx primarily. I look at Fx 3 beta 4 as it has a lot of enhancements over Fx 2.

    Opera for me :)
    1) Super fast compared to the others
    2) Mouse gestures-seriously, once you get used to mouse gestures you can't function without them
    3) Shortcut flexibility-I can reassign any keyboard shortcut to any key I wish without usuing a couple of hackey extensions
    4) Interface flexibility-removing and adding panels is as easy as right clicking and removing/adding-this goes for buttons/actions as well

James, I am a fan of the WebDeveloper tool for Firefox. It is a slick tool.

You may also find that Firebug is a useful addition, Dave.

Old, old thread, but if people still aren't using Google Chrome or Opera, then there's something wrong with you, or you're a FF, Apple or MS fanboy :p

Although technically, the latter and the former are synonyms >.>

I still use FF. I have tried Google chrome and I just don't like the appearance. By now I am used to all of my FF addons too.

P.s. And I am a google fanboy with my android phone :p
