I use hotmail and Gmail. I only use the hotmail address because most of my friends still have that one.

I have around 3 GMail accounts which I use for different purposes. So I have atleast 150 invites available! I just sell them v. cheap on eBay, just so that I can build my feedback up! ;)

Currently, unlike hotmail/yahoo/etc you cannot just goto a website and sign up. You need to be given an invite. They used to be pretty sparse but now I believe everyone gets 50 since they are almost out of beta. I am not sure if it will still be invite-only though.
