    Hello,

    Looked, but can't find any.

Is there a site to download the User Manual/Documentation (as a pdf ?)
that comes with the new iPad ?

    Thanks,
    Bob

  2. Search for it in the iBookstore; it's a free download, using your iTunes
account. It will be in iBook format.

Alternatively, you can download a PDF version at
    <http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/ipad_user_guide.pdf>

Also alternatively, open Safari, go to bookmarks and scroll to the last
    item...iPad Users Guide-

Not on my system. You sure you didn't put it there yourself?

The bookmark to the manual has been standard on every iOS device I've
owned. I didn't put it there, and it doesn't appear in the synced set of
bookmarks on my Mac in Safari.

It is at the bottom of the main bookmark list, not inside one of the
    folders (such as Bookmarks Bar).

There is also an "Apple" bookmark there, which I didn't create and
doesn't appear in Safari on my Mac. On my devices it goes to the New
Zealand version of the Apple home page.

My iPhone has also acquired a bookmark to the home page of my carrier
(Vodafone NZ), but my 3G iPad 2 doesn't have a corresponding one for its
    carrier (Telecom NZ).

It's there on my iPhone, but not on my iPad. There's a possibility that I
may have removed it a year ago, but I don't recall ever seeing it there.

Absolutely positive! This is my third iPad and it's been on each one.
