I own one of thise DataTraveler 8GB USB drives and I used to have some files on there but now I want to put a bigger file in there which is 7.29GB. I right clicked on the drive and hit format, but when I try to move the file into the drive it says it's too small... How come?

have you formatted it as NTFS as fat32 wil not allow files over 4Gb in size to be copied to it.

also you can lose up to about 14% capacity of a drive when you format it so an 8Gb drive could have a capacity as low as 6.8Gb (ish)
