This could be fun but I don't know how to do it.

    Hi all,
At some point this spring, I want/need to get a new camcorder. I would like to be able to take video clips and create a small promo movie to hand out to customers on one of those little mini CD's. Here's the deal...
what should I look for in a recorder?:)
What software will I need to do this to mix the photo clips, sound and text?:?
Is this easy or hard? :?

Software-wise: If you have Windows XP, you can use Windows Movie Maker, it comes with the Operating System.

yea, but if you are a real pro, use adobe premier pro, or vegas video... both are video editing tools, i use them to make videos... very handy.. vegas is available in a free trial, and not sure about adobe premier. good luck.

Yes, MPEG is a file type. If you create a file with MPEG and burn it to a cd you can play it in most dvd players.
