  1. Blue Line Talent is looking for a Tier II Technical Support Engineer/
    Customer Service Representative with expertise in storage products.
    This is a direct hire opportunity in the Broomfield area. The
    Solutions Engineer will join an exciting start-up environment in a
    newly established location. This is an outstanding opportunity for an
    Tech Support/Customer Service engineer with strong experience in
    storage products who is energized by customer interaction.

    Job Title: Tech Support Engineer/Customer Service

    Job Location: Broomfield/Flatirons area, CO

    The Employer: Exciting established start-up in advanced storage
    technology.

    Description:
    • Provide post-sales technical customer support to new and existing
    customers, VAR’s and OEM’s.
    • As a member of the 24x7 support team, the solutions engineer will
    provide phone support for deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance
    of storage products.
    • Document and develop operating procedures related to setup,
    development and maintenance of storage technologies.
    • Help desk support
    • Provide post-sales services; work with sales team to understand
    customer requirements and scope appropriate services.
    • Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of
    storage hardware and software products into diverse network
    environments.
    • Identify problems and propose solutions; handle customer requests
    expeditiously and professionally.
    • Provide pro-active and daily support with customers via phone, email
    and web.
    • Provide technical support, installation assistance, reproduce
    customer bug scenarios, escalate applicable cases to appropriate
    departments.

    Experience Profile:
    • BS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical subject, and
    4+ years of customer technical support experience
    • Superior customer service skills - working with customer to
    troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to storage products
    • Experience with SAN and NAS storage (iSCSI, Fiber Channel, CIFS,
    NFS, RAID, etc.)
    • Experience with VMware ESX/ESXi/vSPhere, Citrix XenServer, Hyper-V,
    etc...
    • Planning, administration and deployment of storage arrays
    • Experience supporting Windows, Active Directory, and Linux
    Administration, LAN/WAN technology
    • Knowledge of backup/restore, disaster recovery, storage
    consolidation, data protection, storage performance, etc
    • Extensive experience with problem resolution, root cause analysis,
    etc. of hardware/software platform problems in complex environments
    • Proven success supporting enterprise level customers
    • Experience assisting customers with installation, administration,
    and troubleshooting of mission-critical software and hardware
    solutions
    • Excellent communication, analytical and problem resolution skills
    and documentation skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
