    I agree with spike. I love long movies - I even watched the entire extended edition fo the Lord of the Rings troilogy movies in one sitting - mainly because the movies kept my attention.

    King kong didn't, as it was rubbish, hence my low opinion of it. So therefore it was too long as it didn't keep my attention for long enough.

    My mum wants to watch all the extended editions of LOTR TFOTR, TTT, and TROTK, all in one day, i think she's being a bit ambitious, i like long films as well, but only if they stay fresh, and dont get predictable
