I purchased a Samsung 1TB hard drive a few weeks back. It's not my first\nSamsung, but it's the first one which exhibited a problem. I was unable to\nformat the drive to full capacity. I called Samsung. They provided me with\nreturn authorisation and I sent it off. Within 48 hours, I had a brand new\ndrive, which I duly installed and got working perfectly.\n\nThanks Samsung.
