Safari text mode

    I think it was IOS 7 that introduced it. A little icon on top bar you
    could click to transfor a web page into text only, and with text
    displayed with your settings for text size, not the microscopic font
    size used by many web sites that disable zooming.

    When it first came out, I used it a lot. and it was great.

    But recently, I have found that this feature is not functional/available
    on most sites I access.

    is it just me or have more and more web sites found a trick to disable
    that feature ? (I guess since one doesn't see ads on pages when in
    "reading mode".)
