I want to create this button, but the steps are incomplete and I can't figure it out. Any one know of a video tutorial for this?

ok, I havent followed all the steps up to that point, but I understand whats going on, you have a rounded rectangle on screen, what you need to do is make another one underneath this first one, SO, make a new layer:
and make another rounded rectangle, a bit bigger than the first one, now in the layers box, click and drag the new layer underneath the first layer:

now you should have something like this:[IMG]
and you can follow the rest of the tutorial

if i havent explained it very well, just let me know, and I'll give it another go
