Panasonic DP-C264 printer, has built-in web server for management. Wants
    username and password.

Google can't find these for me, and none of the Panasonic manuals I've found
tell me these details - they all say a username ans password are required,
but do not say what the default settings are.

    Can anybody help, please?

Please note that this is not the same as the "Key Operator" password
required to work with the control panel on the printer itself - this is
00000000 (eight zeroes) and does work correctly on this printer. In the key
operator mode there is a menu option to set up an administrator username and
password - done this, but it does not appear to relate to the web page.

    TIA

  2. My password database has two entries for this model: one has a password
of eight zeroes, and another of four zeroes. I suspect the latter is
wrong, but it's worth a try. Have you tried the obvious combinations of
    admin, password and panasonic/Panasonic?

    Yes, except for Panasonic.

    Four zeroes I didn't try either ...

    Thanks

Web access login and PW for DP-C354

    login as root
    pw depends on your system

for a DP-C354 and some others it is 7 zeros
for other models it may be 8 zeros or 4 zeros
