Anyone know of a way to get Outlook to keep out of the task bar while it's running? I tend to keep Outlook on a lot and checking mail at certain intervals, but I grow tired of it taking space in the task bar. I'd like it to only appear in the system tray for quick access. Is there a way to do this?

Hey, sorry, I thought I replied to this thread.

    Open regedit

    Expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Preferences

Go to Edit | New and create a new DWORD value with the name of: MinToTray

Give it a value of 1 (0 to disable MinToTray)

    Exit and your all done.
