OT Really weird search results on Google Groups UseNet archive

    I'm getting the normal weirdness like search results showing "one
    post, one author" that is immediately proved false when you click
    on the link. Also, the usual omission of results that obviously
    should be there. But I'm getting other weird search result stuff
    too. For example... Click on an author "View profile" link to show
    posts (in various groups) by that author. Then click on one of the
    post subject lines and the author is not in the discussion. The
    thread is only three posts, so it's obvious.

    Oh wail.
