    Full specs:

    AMD Phenom 9600+
    4gb 800Mhz DDR2
    MSI K9A2 Platinum
    Blu-ray Drive
    Logitech DiNovo Edge keyboard
    Cordless Rumble 2 Gamepads
    768mb 8800 GTX

I'll be replacing the motherboard and cpu this weekend with a Q6600 & ASUS P5N32-E SLI and will stick in another 8800 GTX to SLi it up ! The box itself is stored in a cuboard so is never seen, just incase you were thinking a rig this size would look a bit out of place in the living room.

exactly, did the same thing happen to you aswell.
They just don't make the PC's the same as they used to, I just picked up the Dim 9200 (at the time) and the GTX fell right out it and into my own machine.
    :rofl2:

I think it happens when the fans run at high speed. Blows the cards right out of the box. Design Fault that. :)

BTW, would a wireless G link be OK to play the likes of GRID online, or would you be at a disadvantage compared with connecting directing to Router?

I have a wireless N card connecting to a G router and it works fine online, and that is with the PC in a cuboard and the router 2 rooms away.

What equally high specced card did you replace them with (that didn't have the design fault obviously)?
