Norton Ghost Question?

I'm trying out the latest version of Norton Ghost and have a question.
I prefer to do my backups manually, and not have the backup programs
set to automatically backup my system. So, in Norton Ghost, I use the
"One Time Image" backup and this works find, and I can use the
"Recovery Point Browser" procedure to recover individual files/folders
    as required.

But, when using the one time image backup, it overwrite the previous
backup and I would like to retain multiple copies of the backups. Is
there a way to tell One Time Image to not overwrite the existing
backup, but create a new one? Or to set it to retain and certain
number of backup copies, i.e. 3?

    Thanks for any insights.
