need some help - HJT log

    ok not sure if this is posted in right location but here goes. been having problems losing internet connection and system crashes lately normally my spyware and virus software dont fail me but is not the case now nothing is working :( norton picks up 8 files but cant delete them and no matter what i do they come back lol i know usually everyone asks for a hijack this post so ima post that right away and hope someone can make head or tails of it

    turn off win sysrestore and a. leave it off or b. turn it back on. This will clear out any files stored in system restore including any viruses that get shoved there.

    Do what Goober said above to get rid of the virus
    Remove these entries, and reboot into Safe Mode. Run AdAware and your virus scan from Safe Mode.

    ok did all that only thing i didnt do was turn off system restore already had it turned off is usually one of the first things i do when redoing my system lol
    now i loaded into safe mode and anti virus found the 8 files again but this time it deleted 3 of them so i looked where it said the others where located to try and delete them manually which was in downloaded program files folder but when i looked thier they were not in thier even with the view hidden files nothing in folder so i deleted the whole folder and am gonna try doing another scan see if they pop up another thing thats happening lately is pics on web sites arnt loading kinda anoying lol
