I want to hear it all! Whether it's from a family member, a friend, or a customer; what situation makes go off your rocker?

The one I enjoy best is when the client says to you, "I don't know what you installed on my computer, but now it's slower than before." In which case is nearly impossible and nine times out of ten user error. So you show up to their house or they bring their hardware back to you and to your surprise the AV you installed is GONE, their computer is riddled with same virus as from before. Also you uninstalled the yahoo/google/dogpile/spyware bar they so badly clutch to use the internet with, because where else do they type www.google.com into?

When someone buys a system off me from ebay and then expects full technical support for life.

Sold a laptop recently and got a call three months later because he couldn't open an e-mail attachment. :shades:
