Hi I wanted to ask, is a blank DVD disk just a blank one, or can you get a
blank Pal disk, and a blank Ntsc disk ?

My reason is that I want to copy a Ntsc Dvd to a Pal Dvd disk, but this this
will be sent overseas, as they can only play Ntsc on there machine. Will it
    work ?

Or where can I buy blank Dvd Ntsc Disks ?
    Cheers,

Regardless of the format if the origional dvd is NTSC then backing it up and
pressing it to a blank dvd it will remain NTSC.

Thats why some origional dvds sold here are NTSC and specifically mention on
the cover to make sure before you buy them that your tv supports NTSC
    playback.

Most do but the occasional older tv may not.
