PeerGardian, you can block certain IPs in Zonealarm and other firewalls, but Peergaurdian is what i use and it has helped ALOT

IPs that have tried to connect with your comp, like spamming servers mostly, but possibly riaa, mpa, us govt, and the likes

There are tons of ips that it blocks. Too bad this program is sucking 90 percent of my CPU usage.

Nothing can really make you annoymous. Proxies are usually a waste of time.

Proxy daisy-chaining works, but its really slow. Its hard to find free public proxys that work, and when you do everybody else is using it making your downloads slow to a crawl.

ps. everbody should use PeerGuardian :thumbs
