How to define a Video Playlist fo the iPad

  1. Dear friends:

How to define, and to play, a Video Playlist for the iPad?

I can define them in my Mac or Windows PC using iTunes, but they are not
transfered to the iPad. The Video files are transfered to the iPad without
any problem, but I need to play each of them separately.

The same if I use VLC. I can define the Playlists on my Mac or Windows PC,
but if I transfer them to my iPad, the video files are transfered to the
VLC application for iPad without any problem, but the Playlist is lost, so
I need to play each of the Video files separately.

Do you know of any video application for the iPad that it can handle

If you sync the playlist, the playlist appears (non-intuitively to me)
in the iPod app. When you start the playlist going, playing the videos
transfers control to the Videos app. At least, that's how it works on
my iPad 2 and my wife's iPad.

  3. Dear friends:

You are right. I was looking for the Playlists in the Video application,
and they were in the iPod application. Thanks a lot!!!

  4. Dear friends, well, there is an anomaly, it doesn't work for me, see

The anomaly, at least for me, is the following. If in the iPod
application, after I selected the video Playlist I want to see, if I
press the "play" button that it is on the top center of the iPod
application, I will *hear* the sound of the video, but I will not see

However, if I double click the first item of the Playlist in the iPod
application, the control will be transferred to the video application,
and I will be able to see and to hear only the first item of the

    Strange, isn't it?

There is a new app Joobik Video Playlist Player on the app store which lets you play video playlists synced from iTunes on the iPad. Just do an app search for "Joobik Video Playlist Player" on the iTunes App Store.
