    If anybody knows which ones aren't supposed to be there (spyware, etc) could you please tell me which ones i should remove.

    Everything looks fine except Kaaza. I wouldn't have all of those programs listed in your startup folder though. I would run Ad-Aware just incase, but I can't find anything that doesn't look unusual.
