The Panasonic DP-C354 at the office has 4 paper trays but only detects 3. The bottom one is a no show on all status and configuration panels. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am not familiar with this particular MFP but we have similar type MFPs at work.

    So, a few suggestions.
    1. With each tray there are detectors which show what size paper is loaded and its orientation (portrait or landscape). When the tray is pushed home it should make contact at the back of the machine so that the paper detectors can be read. Possibly these is something wrong in this area and the printer is not detecting that the 4th tray is present?

    2. If the trays are physically the same what happens if you swap the 4th with say the 3rd?

    3. Is this MFP on a LAN? If so is it installed on a server and then shared so that PCs can print to it? If it is, when you go into the printer setup on the server you should be able to bring up both 'printer properties' and 'printing preferences' Does the 4th tray show up there at all?
