    Hey guys,

I never knew, that to register an australian domain (.com.au, .net.au) it is
    so expensive.

I need to register a domain, and it is annoying me that australian domains
are so much more expensive than just plain .com or .net.

Not only are they more expensive, they are also harder to get because you
are required to have an ABN number to register a .com.au.

Does anyone know of anywhere that is cheaper then the places im looking??
    ($70 a year)

If so, please post some links that would be of help...

    Thank you guys!

The registrars are listed at http://www.auda.org.au/registrars/

http://www.planetdomain.com/ is fairly cheap (I use them for some .com domains)

Do you specifically want an .au address? There is no requirement to have one
just because you are located in Oz.
