    Hi
Can anyone advise of a program to open and read a .cxt file ?
I gather that these files are created by Macromedia, which is no
    longer available.
Is there anything else that will read them ?
    TIA

  2. If it was a Macromedia application, it'll have been Director, which is
still available from Adobe. There's a free trial, which might sort
    things out:

Have you tried Googling "cxt files"? Different possibilities emerge.
