    Creating Commentbox/shoutbox etc

I'd like to create a proper form to use at my website (http://www.thewaytoyahuweh.com/index.html), but the one I'm currently using on the contact page (http://www.thewaytoyahuweh.com/email.htm) uses the now redundant "mailto", which browsers from Ie6 upwards don't support anymore.

So, is there a way to do this in HTML, or do I need to be thinking of a CGI or PHP one?

I would highly suggest a server-side solution, SCForm.
