Contacts deleted when upgrading to iOS 5 on iPhone 4?

    Hi all,
    Yesterday I finally upgraded my mom's iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1 - the newest OS available. It worked fine and I went through the whole process of upgrading through iTunes relatively smoothly, but when it was all said and done, the phone's contacts were deleted entirely. :wall: I can still see old text messages and calls, but only numbers are associated with them, not names.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    Perhaps you enabled iCloud and it erased/took over the Contacts list?
