Comcast Email Trouble

    Okay, several problems have been popping up lately.
    1st known problem: Norton Internet Security started to not load anymore.
    Couldn't uninstall it. Said I had to be on administer account (although I am).
    2nd known problem: Can no longer access Comcast Email and Hotmail. Kazaa speeds are also gettin extremely slow.

    BTW, I use Comcast Broadband Internet

    Help plz?:(

    There's some new viruses going around, check the Computer News forum for more info. That could be it. Try logging on with the actual Admin account and see if you can remove it.

    I don't use Kazaa, so I can't and wouldn't help with it anyways...

    Sounds like you have some viruses that may have or may not have corrupted some sys files. Try downloading some anti virus software like www.moosoft.com , www.grisoft.com , http://www.free-av.com/ , I know when someone gets a trojan that has not been detected by an AV it will indeed shut down anti virus programs a few seconds after being opened.
    ( Norton AV unfortunetly has very little support for trojans so in the future consider downloading some good Anti Trojan software to run with Norton )
