Have been given - all legal, long story - a brand new, in the box, AVC CPU cooling unit designated on the box as A701000459. As I am about to build a new computer for the wife I thought that I might be able to use this but have no other info, e.g. is it universal or dedicated to AMD or Intel CPUs and are there any restrictions on CPU size - I'll probably be looking at something like an AMD AM3 Athlon 243 @ 2.9Ghz or an IntelC2D E7400 for this build.Visited AVC website without any success, unless I'm looking in the wrong place!

    Any help would be appreciated.

I've no idea, sadly, but here's an interesting note--a Google search of that part number returns exactly one result--this thread!
