Are Datatrack Labs still trading?

Last week I sent a faulty disk to Datatrack Labs for investigation. They
responded by email very quickly, suggesting a fault mechanism that agreed
with my experience, and claiming that they would be able to recover the data
having carried out a repair to the drive. They attached a file list which
showed the details of all the files they claimed to be able to recover.

Since then they have not replied to emails and their phone number has a
message saying the office is closed. I have tried leaving a message, but
    nobody has replied.

    Their address is:

    Datatrack Labs
    Regus House
    Malthouse Avenue
    Cardiff Gate Business Park
    Cardiff
    CF23 8RU

If anybody is going past, could they see whether the business is still
    trading?

    Thanks

They're back in action. They did send me an email which my antispam filter
    obscured, it read:

"Due to essential maintenance to our data recovery laboratory, our telephone
system and computer network will be non operational from Friday March 7th
    until Wednesday March 12th. "

Are Datatarck Labs Ltd any good?

Graham J did you have any luck with Datatrack Labs?

Im having issues with my hard drive, so have been trying to fined a reliable, good for value recovery company. I was initially going to send it to Rapid Data Recovery, however after finding litrally hundreds of reviews that they are frauds, I continued my search.

I've been looking into Datatrack and as yet haven't found any bad reviews, although I did discovered that Micheal Owen is their Managing Director. Mr Owens used to work for Fieldsdata Recovery (Rapid Data Recovery's sister company) which is somewhat alarming.

    How was your experience?
