    You are using Dodo, you are using DOdo's newsgroups, that's what. If you
    want to use Dodo, find a better news server if it bothers you so much.

    Try signing up at:-

    for your news server. I have NEVER had trouble with it and new posts
    appear almost instantly.

    You need to give them an email address to get password etc. but no
    need to use your real address in settings - see:-

    me have great trouble with dodo news too
    untill i went from OE to mozilla firebird...then it worked fine
    who knows why
