Any idea why some wireless networks seem to lose signal strength over time?

Ive seen this happen a few times as a pc tech and wonder if someone knows a
reason and a solution apart from having to buy a stronger wireless router
    like the netgear rangemax.

I found you only benefit from the Netgear Rangemax extended wireless
coverage if you are using Netgear Rangemax network cards.

If you are still using regular standard 54g wireless network cards or the
wireless built into a laptop then the rangemax will be a waste of money as
it will have less coverage than a good standard 54g wireless rounter.
