    How would one add a scroll bar to the section of page in XHTML?

    say, i just want the content section to have a scroll bar, so that part of the page moves, but the rest of the page doesn't.

    I know it's done in flash, but I don't want to use flash.

    And googles not helping...

    With XHTML, you cannot use an iframe and have the page be valid.

    Transitional XHTML allows for iframes, as does Frameset.

    Well, sticking this line of code in with the div I want the scrollbar in seems to work:

    style="overflow: auto;"

    When the div overflows, a Scrollbar is added.

    Edit: not a toolbar, a scrollbar.

    Also, what are Iframes? >.>
