I am running Windows XP home. Currently I have two users, both set at admin level. Now, my question is, is on one of the folders on the other account. When I try to access it on my account, it says access denied. So I went and onto the other account and checked it out, and the folder properties isn't set to be a private folder. Does anyone know why I can't access it?

Do you have simple file sharing enabled or can you see the security tab under properties? Then you should be able to add any user and set permissions.

    To change simple file sharing:

Control Panel>Foldor Options>view> Scrool down to Simple File Sharing Enabled.

    Hope this helps.

If your network is in workgroup mode and you do not have central accounts, then you have to set up the same accounts on each PC with the same passwords or share / NTFS permission the folder for everyone to have access.
