I own a 2010 MacBook pro running OS X version 10.6.8 -- I am tired of using the friggin' Ethernet cable (Comcast /Infinity) and recently picked up a Airport Extreme (round, 2003, A1034 model). Are these two compatible? How do you configure the two ethernet cable inputs on the Airport Extreme to the Ethernet input on my MBP? And what do I do with the USB port?
Do I need to call Comcast/Xfinity and get more info?

Any help will do. I've never set up a wi-fi port at home before.

    Thanks!
