Troubleshooting phpBB

I've got everything working on my boards. Well, almost everything. One member can't post anything for some reason. I don't know why. I've compared his/her permissions, etc. with everyone else's, and they seem the same. What could be making it so he can't post?

He is able to post in one of the forums, though, and log in/out. That's what makes it so strange to me.

What about forum permissions? Is he in a different user group?

I've made no user groups so far and everyone else is working fine. I reset all forum permissions, but they were all already set so that anyone can post.

So they are apart of the normal user "user group", but can't post in a certain section. In phpBB you can set if registered can post or not. Go to Forum Admin | Permisions | Select the board and make sure registered users can reply.

If you care here's a screen shot of what we looked like back with phpBB:

Yep, did that already. The permissions are set correctly. He should be able to post. Maybe it's an error on his part (all the other people can post).

Probably is then. Have him copy and paste the error for you.

He says he's not getting an error... it's just not letting him post, like the link is gone or not working, or something. It's really weird because no one else has it. Maybe it's his browser. I'll PM him and ask what he's using, how he registered, etc. I'm still waiting for his response on whether or not it's still happening, though...

Well I came up with a good solution. I deleted his account and remade one for him, then sent him a password (via email) and told him how to change it. Then I tested the account to make sure it works, which it does. I don't know why he was having troubles.
