trouble booting from disc

trouble booting from disc

during start up i try to boot from a solaris disc. nothing happens. i have checked in bios andmade sure that it was set to boot from the cd drive. does anyone know what could be going on?

when you burned the image on the disk, make sure you burned the disk AS an image instead of just the image file.

which ever pc you d/led it ontoburn it onto a cd using nero, it is user friendly. what you do is, open up nero, click burn iso, and follow along from there.

how many files do you see when you open the disk in explorer?
