Trojan RC5.A I'm Infected...
Trojan RC5.A....
I did an online scan and it found this Trojan. It couldn't clean it and my anti-virus software on my compiter didn't find it. What trojan is it? (Cause there is not a lot of information about it, well I can't seem to find much info on it) How can I clean my system from it?

That's an old virus. Are you sure your AntiVir doesn't have the updated definition files?

I have got all updates! I get them every day (if available), but is it safe to delete the file infected when it is:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Hardware\dnetc.exe infected: Trojan.RC5.A

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Hardware\dnetc.ini infected: Trojan.RC5.A

I think so. The worst thing that can happan is your Microsoft hardware will stop working. And more than likely, the only microsoft hardware you have is a mouse.
