[tip] Want to download IE6 SP1 so you can redistribute it to other PC's?

I hate how MS doesn't give me the option to do an "offline" full download if IE. There is a way, I can even download the full install of IE for 98/ME/2k/XP. Here's how to do it:

1. Download the IE 6 SP1 setup file using this link: ie6setup.exe
2. Place the downloaded setup file here: C:\Downloads (Create this folder if necessary)
3. Click Start | Run and type the command below into the Open field and then click OK.
   
   
   
   NOTE: Use the EXACT syntax shown below, including the quotation marks. Copying the text below and pasting it into the Open field is recommended.
   • "C:\Downloads\ie6setup.exe" /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""#E"
4. You will be presented with the license agreement dialog box shown below. Choose 'I accept the agreement' and then click Next.
5. After the setup routine begins, you will be given these two options (as shown below):
   
   
   
   1. Choose the operating system(s) that you desire to use Internet Explorer with
   2. Choose a location to download the files to
6. Click the Next button to proceed. If for some reason the download process gets interrupted, you can resume/restart the download process by executing the same command used in the beginning.
