[tip] Re-install TCP/IP on XP
This only works for Windows XP Home & Pro.
  1. Navigate to: C:\windows\inf
  2. Find the File: nettcpip.inf
  3. Right click the file and choose install
Another way that only works with XP Pro:
  1. Start | Run | CMD
  2. netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
