I already use mozy.com to have offsite backup.

What does Ghost 14 do - and can you turn off the ftp if you
    don't want to use it?

I'm thinking that continuing to use Ghost 9 could leave me
in a lot of trouble with a newer OS and suddenly Ghost 9
    files can't be restored....
