I was wondering if there is any free software that is similar to Driver Agent

If you have not used Driver Agent, it is a scanning software tool that tells you what drivers are missing from your computer and provides a link from the manufactures website to download the driver. I'd say its correct about 85% of the time. Only time that it would be off is for those really hard to find drivers.

The reason why I'm asking for a free tool like that is because I don't want to spend 4 dollars a computer for drivers when I do a good amount. It adds up fast!

I don't use any, but I found Driver Detective and it seems like it would do the trick but I'm not sure if you have to pay for it.

SysPrep Driver Scanner is free, but has no GUI so you will have to use the cmd line. (You seem pretty smart though so I don't think that will be an issue)

Driver Scanner also appears to be free and do what you need. (This link was the 1st one from a bing search but was 1/2 down the page on google, just an FYI)

Like I said, I don't use them so I cant vouch for the quality of the suggested scanners.

Yeh about those... they do the same thing, but ya hafta pay for them. I guess I'll go cry and cut myself in the corner.

SysPrep isn't what I'm looking for.
