I am using MySQL and getting an error that says
Quote:
The reporting engine encountered a problem during report generation.
The error was "Error detected by database DLL."
I am an idiot when it comes to databases. The problem is that this error only comes when running 1 particular report. All other reports run fine (I am pretty sure the App uses Crystal Reports).

Any ideas?

Which version of MySQL are you using and is it the Windows version? I've had odd problems with MySQL before which I've only been able to solve by doing an in-place upgrade to the latest stable version. Early 5.0 builds caused me loads of problems.

I've never heard of that version before, is that part of the 4.0 series? Or is it MSSQL?

It's MSSQL...Sorry typing MySQL is habit since it is all I have ever worked with in the past.

'fraid I don't have a clue about MSSQL - but good luck I'll ask my mate tomorrow if he has any ideas as he uses it at work.
