Radeon 9800 Pro 128 & cooling solution

I will be purchasing a radeon 9800 pro 128 in the next couple of days. I've read the reviews and the one thing I've read about consistently is that it produces a lot of heat. Those unfortuante enough to have bad airflow in their system suffered from game freeze ups/lockups.

Although I've put intake & exhaust fans in my case, I feel it wouldn't hurt to provide some extra cooling as even those who vehemently praised the 9800 pro said it runs hot.

In my opinion the best way to keep this card cool is to put a PCI fan. Do you know of a better way to keep it cool?. I'm looking for anything upto $20.

Those are usually loud. I had one. My 9800 pro doesn't have heating issues. Of course, my case is aluminum and has great airflow. You could try would of those fans, use it as an exhaust.

You could also consider getting round IDE/floppy (if you still have one) cables when i put them into my box i saw a 9 degree drop in temp in my case/cpu... made huge difference!
water cooling might be a good idead too
