Program to record movements?

I'm wondering if it's possible to record movements, such as me moving my mouse and clicking on something.

I think this will do what you want. The snap shot tool of this soft ware can be set up to keep track of all activity for increments as short as one second.

Thanks, I was able to make this little image that's attached. Frames are a little slow though, even though I sped them up. I'll be subscribing to this so I won't forget the program.
