Anyone here familiar with portable devices such as Blackberries etc? I am trying to find an optimum handheld device, with keypad, that links well to Exchange Server. Not only must it retrieve mails but it must be one that synchronises in BOTH directions i.e. when you have read a mail on the handheld it also marks up that message on the Exchange Server as read too.

Not that I want one but my Sales & Marketing director wants one. His current device doesn't sync back to the server so when he comes in and fires up Outlook he has X number of unread messages which he has previously read outside the building on his portable.

I did suggest an iPhone but he wants something that has an actual keypad like a Blackberry rather than a touch-screen.

Cheers

Blackberries do this, it's all in the options picked while setting it up.
