Is there any way I can get a pic that 157x110 pixels and make it bigger with causing and ditortion in the picture.

There's really no way to. Digitally enlarging a photo will cause pixalation. You could try blurring it and sharpening it a little, but that doesn't do much for it.

You could try printing it out with a really good colour printer on photo paper, and then scanning it with a scanner set to a high dpi. The results will be much better than regular resizing.

if only we could be able to enlarge pics without getting pixalation....maybe one day there will be a program but for now there is nothing out there.
