Pc from the dead

Today I found out that my old Soyo SY-6VBA133 can be placed in a Gateway pc. With the solid metal backing of the case its hard to get a right motherboard to fit, and I didnt know the one thats been sitting in my room for the past couple of years would fit. Here are the specs of this "beast"

Soyo SY-6VBA133
Intell P3 800MHz
196 Mb of RAM PC133
TNT2 32Mb DVI-I
Soundblaster sound card

complete with WinXp

Best thing about this board is that it has 2 ISA slots!!! This should be a phunn day. I'll let you all know how it went after I put it together.

Hey...the P3 was a solid processor in its day. In fact it still is a decent processor for basic applications.

And pictures are necessary.

Ok, this is the low down:

Had to change video cards because my dvi-i adaptor doesnt fit (the motherbord raised the vid card up a slot) so now it's an ATi rage 3d 8Mb

I found another piece of ram (32Mb)

Lastly the mobo thinks the proc is 533MHz, when Im pretty sure its 800

Oh I got slax running so far.

EDIT: Well to add to it, either Im overclocking the video card to much or something because when ever I turn it off, and then turn it back on there is no video display until I pull the power cord for the pc :S But its sooo fast with the way I have the jumper settings right now, and I dont want to put them back to the way they were before.

This is annoying, I know where the rechargalbe batteries are now, but not the camera!

Anyways, I was installing xp on the comp, left the room just because it takes a while on low level systems. When I came back into my room, it was stuck at 11% (coping files over) and there was a plasticy smell coming from my cd-rom drive. I have yet to mess with it since then.
