I only use NTFS. There is absolutley no reason to not use it and so many reasons to use it.

Why use FAT32 in this day and age? Would you even consider creating a poll to ask 'Candle' or 'Electric Light'?

can you convert to ntfs after there is stuff on the harddrive without losing the data?

Yes. Go to a command prompt and run this command:
CONVERT C: /fs:ntfs

All my partitions are NTFS except for the one that I keep personal data on. That one is FAT32 so It can be viewed fron Win9x.
