Netscape and IE crash

Hello again!! I First posted on the OPERATING system forum, so this is an Update and a new prob!!!! I finally was able to re format my puter!! Whewww Computer dude at local small shop said most likely problem is the program Go back!! so removed it and followed his instructions,and viola, im all reloaded!! 128 mb ram athlon 900, windows 98 se!!! using cable!! installed netscape 4.77, then netscape 7.1 and IE 6. Netscape 7.1 stil crashes--no blue screen of death, but still too frequently crashes. IE crashes, but not nearly as often!!! Not sure if this is related, but after awhile Zone alarm asks if netscape and IE can acess the net, when I have already in the past granted access!! Hope I have provided enough info!! You could of formatted yourself with my instrcutions I gave you for free.

Get rid of crapscape. If you want a good browser, try Mozilla (link in my sig).

When IE crashes, what's the message?
