Need certain video editing software

I'm trying to edit a video to do the following things:

-Overdubbing some of the audio on the video with new audio I want to put over the top
-The video includes me looking at a computer screen. I want to replace what was on that screen with an image (say a jpeg file) for the duration that the screen is visible in the video
-"Blurring" - you know...when you see on TV that someone doesn't want to be identified, they blur out their faces, or they blur out licence plates of cars etc.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
Karan.

adobe aftereffects is really good at that type of thing, and as far as i know, is the only other program apart from finalcut which has the power to do the computer screen thing, I'm doing that type of thing for my films in development at the momenmost lesser programs will overlay sound and even blur the images on screen, but wont do the computer screen trick.

I'll have a looksee, and post back this afternoon when i have more time

(should this be in video editing or stay here?)

Wow, I've been so busy since last posting, Thinking about it, Avid might do this as well, there is a free download, but the system requirements are quite high: http://www.avid.com/products/freedv/sysRequire.asp

Alternativly, send me the video file, and the jpeg image, and I'll have a pop at it for you, I have lots of video apps at my disposal, and I just saw that you live in manchester, just up the motorway from me, HELLO! Can yuo hear me?!!

Hehe, I do live in Manchester, although I'm at University in Sheffield at the moment. I'll try Avid, and if not, it doesn't really matter, it was just a curiosity of mine rather than anything that I NEED to get done. Thanks for all your help
